Seth and I went to Newark on Saturday, to the Buckeye Winery, and began the process of making wine for the wedding. We knew one of the wines we wanted, but we suffered through tasting several others before finalizing our decision. The official wedding wines will be Loquat Ginger and "Eternity" Pomegranate Wildberry. We got to mix the wines ourselves, so here are some action shots of the wine in making. I am mixing the Loquat and Seth is mixing the Pomegranate. In 4-6 weeks we will return to the winery to bottle the wine and apply our personalized labels.
Really liking the simple way of wine preparations for the party. My friend organized a bridal shower party for her sister at one of the nearly located NYC wedding venues recently. Party was great and Dj was just awesome. She has booked the same one for my bridal shower also.
